The Jets have a chance to put the last two frustrating weeks behind them, and if they come away with a victory they could put themselves in a great position for a playoff push..
Despite how poorly the Jets have played I have a good feeling about this week (I don't know why)

The Jets appeared to do everything wrong, from bad play calling, to missed field goals, to interceptions, and still won the game..
Well an Ugly win is still better than a Pretty loss..but we have a lot of work to do if we are to have a change in Buffalo this week..

The cure for this will be a home game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
If the Jets lose this game they should just forfit the rest of the season. The Chiefs are the worst team in the AFC, with the worst head coach (Herm) in the NFL. Combined with last weeks loss they should be just mad enough and just focused enough to put up a super effort.
I do not see a close game here (but what do I know I picked them to win last week...........)

What is is about the Raiders that bring out the worst in the Jets...
The Jets moved the ball up and down the field in the first half only to find themselves tied 3 -3 at halftime.
Then they place a terrible second half, only to put together a tremendous final drive (starting from their own five yard line with no timeouts), caped by a missed 52 yard field goal, only to be given a do-over when it was discovered that the Raider coach had called a time out..
The second field goal was good to send the game to overtime, where the Jets went on offence THREE times, and were awful each time.
Finally, a 57 yard field goal by the Raiders put a finishing touch on a dredful game...
Well lets see, this week we are home agains the Chiefs, the worst team in the AFC with the worst coach in the NFL...I still do not feel confident......
Even though this will be the second (of three) west coast trips for the Jets this year, I see no way the Jets lose this game.
The Jets (being the Jets) may keep the Raiders in the game until late in the second half, but in the end they will take the win and run.

These are not your fathers Jets....they actual win games....
With Bret Farve...it seems as it the Jets always have a chance....
I miss Chad.....but I have to admit...he's no Bret....
