Another Season

Well folks, the Jets have started the 2008 campaign off on the right foot by winning a game they are supposed to win. It was not pretty, but after last season, we will take the victory. Brett Favre has made a great impression on his fellow team mates. And when was the last time a Jet fan saw a 55 plus yard pass for a touchdown??????

My major issue is that the Jets still do not put people away! The play calling became conservative in the second hald and the Jets continue not to put teams away. Once they get a lead, they coast and place to much stress on there defense. When they have a team on the ropes, they need to finish them off. Leave no doubt!

The defense has yet to step up and be able to get a consistant pass rush on the quarterback. They get out of Miami with a win, but Chad almost made the Jets pay dearly in the last 5 minutes!
